# Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

- **24+ hours notice:** Cancellations made 24 or more hours before your booking receive a
  full refund.
- **Within 24 hours:** Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are subject to a
  50% cancellation fee.
- **Weather:** If Board Bound Wake Co cancels due to unsafe weather conditions, your booking
  is always fully refunded or rescheduled at no charge. We monitor conditions closely and
  contact you as early as possible.
