# Liability Waiver

All participants must sign Board Bound Wake Co's liability waiver before participating in
any lesson, charter, or camp. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must
sign on their behalf.

Safety is our top priority: all instructors are certified, life vests and safety gear are
provided, and we maintain high safety standards for all equipment and operations.
