Board Bound Wake Co provides water sports instruction and boat charter services, including:
- Private wakesurfing and wakeboarding lessons
- Boat charter services for leisure and water sports
- Summer camp programs for children
- Merchandise and equipment sales
- Custom package bookings
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3.2 Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
3.3 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted in USD and do not include applicable taxes or fees unless otherwise stated.
3.4 Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due as specified in your booking confirmation.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
4.2 Company Cancellations: Board Bound Wake Co reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Safety and Liability
5.1 Assumption of Risk: Water sports activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, drowning, and property damage. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with these activities.
5.2 Waiver Requirement: All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in any water sports activities. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
5.3 Safety Equipment: All participants must wear provided safety equipment, including life jackets, as required by law and our safety policies. Failure to comply may result in service termination without refund.
5.4 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Board Bound Wake Co, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
6. Participant Requirements
6.1 Age Requirements: Participants must meet minimum age requirements as specified for each service. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
6.2 Health and Fitness: Participants must be in good physical condition and able to swim. You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely.
6.3 Behavior: We reserve the right to remove any participant from our services for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
6.4 Alcohol and Drugs: Consumption of alcohol or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited during our services. Intoxicated participants will be refused service without refund.
7. Weather and Conditions
7.1 Weather Cancellations: Services may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, lightning, severe storms, or poor visibility. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible.
7.2 Lake Conditions: Services may be affected by lake conditions, water levels, or other environmental factors. We reserve the right to modify or cancel services based on these conditions for safety reasons.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Board Bound Wake Co or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
